intel core i7 4770k unstable???

Hi guys, I have to problems with my new CPU. It is a core i7 4770k. The first is that in idle state my CPU All gadget show that one core or thread is almost used up to 100%, and i am not making anything, just playing with mouse.
here is the proof of it:

and the second is that when i started the intelburntest 2.54 for time: 5 i've get high temperatures like 80 C. And my chassis fans the upper and back aren't running on the highest RPM. Is it the noctua nh d-14 or the system what can't handle the fans.

I have asus maximus extreme vi mobo and cm storm trooper case.

Your temps shouldn't be that high with a Noctua NH D-14 at stock speeds. The heatsink must not be installed correctly. No thermal paste or the wrong bracket was used.

Is this a new build with a clean install of windows? Did you make sure that your motherboard has the latest bios revision? Also try using task manager to see what's pegging a tread @ 100%. I have a feeling this may have something to do with your bios. Try turning off whatever anti virus program you are using to see if that helps.

If after turning off your antivirus,ensuring all drivers are up to date, and investigating task manager to see what's pegging your CPU it still isn't working I would
1)Update your bios is at the latest revision (if not already)
2)Update your SSD with the latest firmware (if using an SSD)
3)Do a completely fresh install of Windows

As to your temp problems make sure the Nh-D14 is seated properly. with thermal paste less is better just globbing it on there can cause poor heat transfer.

After lot of stress test i have made, my cpu and cooling sytem is working properly, now i have stock temps around 32-38C. Thanks for your help :)
