Yep, a single 7970 trades blows with a 770, two of them will put one down soundly.

for single go with the AMD, but if you plan to use dual GPUs two 760/770s will easily beat a single HD 7990, and sli is a lot smoother than crossfire. IMO going with a GTX 760 is a good choice and later adding a second 760. Dual 760s are the same, if not better than a GTX Titan.

So the amd one is bad. But here's the thing if I go with the amd I get a bundle of free games so the gtx 770 is better but is it majorly better like will I get way more frames then with the amd? If the amd is way worse then I just go with the gtx

It should be able to play both of those settings on the max settings.

I would rather see you build it yourself than buying it, but its all preference. I would personally go with the HD7950 for those games, as the 7990 is a little overkill.
