Directx 11 problems with GTX 770

Hey guys, I got a gigabyte gtx 770, a really nice one with three fans and four gb. My problem happened with my old 550 ti, and thats whenever i play a game with Directx11, even the login screen has about one frame per second it seems. I know its directx 11 because In blacklight retribution if I turn off directx 11 its extremely smooth and as it should be. I have 16 gigs of ram, amd fx 8350 processor, 1 tb hard drive, asus sabertooth fx 900 motherboard (I think), 850 watt powersupply and windows 7. What is the cause of this? Its not just blacklight ethier, and game with Directx 11 I experience this issue.

That's odd, download a dx installer, and install it again\choose "fix" current installtion.

also, it might be driver related, i would suggest going into safe mode and deleting any driver remains with "driver sweeper", and then reinstlaiing the latest drivers.

Where do i go to fix it or reinstall it? Downloading the directx user runtime web installer tells me that there is a newer or same installation of it. Then, it says for me to reinstall using reccomended settings. Right after clicking next on the download bing thing, it gives me an internal system error telling me to refer to the DXerror.log and DirectXlog.
