Does my Motherboard support Dual slot gpus?

Just wondering if my Motherboard supports dual slot gpus cause i'm thinking about upgrading.

I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 and it has these expansion slots.
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16
1 x PCI Express x1 slot
(All PCI Express slots conform to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)
1 x PCI slot

Also let me know if i have the way i think dual slots actually work completely confused with something else =p

Yes it does, dual slot only means that the card uses 1 slot but blocks the next slot below it.
