Looking for a PCIEx1 SATA III card

I am looking to Crossfire my 6970's problem I have is one of my 6970's are a Three slot and the other is just a reference card. I already have a SATA III Card but I will need to move it and the South bridge is in the way? Will this one work? (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815158207CVF) My motherboard is the GIGAByte ux58-ud5. I can add pictures to thread later if you need better understanding.

Prices are good for the 7970's right now but with the R9 280X coming out soon (rumored for $300?) it may be worth waiting to see what the new card has to offer. The R9 290X is rumored to be due sometime October and is purported to be more powerful than the Titan (the jury is not in on that one though) and is rumored to be maybe, perhaps, be released around $600

Ye I need the input slots on the side like the one I linked. I might just buy a 7970 Idk
