I'm putting my pc together. I installed the cpu and put the stock fan on. In the picture it shows the swing the plastic arm from one side to the other(I guess to tighten it) but I feel if I go any further, it's going to snap. The fan seems tight and I don't want to break. Can show pic if need be. I'm curious if it's fine the way it is and I don't have to push that arm over.

It is going to be a tight fit but you wont break anything. Just be careful. Make sure the CPU is seated properly. Place the fan on and push the bar through so the opposite sode from the lever side is clipped in. Make sure the fan lever is in the unlocked position(there is a little lock picture on it) and clip the other side in. Push the lever over to the lock position. It will be tight and seem you may hurt something(I thought that at first to) but it will lock and wont do any harm. Just have to be careful is all.
