I recently purchased a diskette drive from Amazon. The main reason for the purchase was to retrieve old pictures and files from old diskettes. These diskettes have been collected over the years. When I connect to my PC, it's showing that the drive is there & ready, however, when I input the diskette, it keeps asking me to format the disk & does not read what is on the diskette. Can anyone help?
