I have msi afterburner set to max fan speed. The rpm's on my gpu fan drop when i put my pc under any load. The second I take the load off the fan slows. Why and how could this be? Super frustrating and any help would be appreciated. This causes my pc to idle at 55c and hit up to 90c in bioshock 3.
