My PC is a pavilion HPE- 337C I have an i5 processor and such. I got a cx600 at the suggestion of a member here and it doesn't fit, power supply uses a 6 pin connector for my 4 pin processor slot so how can I fix this to work? Cuz I want my GTX 650 to run my total war two

i hope you mean a 8pin connector, 6 pin connectors are usually for pci-pcix-pcie, the one you use for the mobo is either a 4pin or a 8pin that can be decoupled into 2 4 pins then you use hte one the manual refers to to power the cpu.
Look up the cx600, it had two 6pins, 1 24 pin (works with my slot) and a few others, it's a Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS, I need it to power my HP now if I get a adapter to turn one of the 6 pins into a 4 pin connector will that work? Also the two 6 pins have a 2 pin on each one to the side with a weird indent

again there is a 8pin connecter that can be split into 2 4pins(the 4+4), use the manual to see which side you need to use to plug it in. as for the 6+2 pin plugs, they again are for pci/pcie/pcix items.
