My hard drive is showing RAW file system and I can read anything on it I need the data on the Drive. How do I change it to NTFS files ???

I would first try the free EaseUS Partition Master, use the partition (not data recovery) function and try the fast repair type first. If EaseUS doesn't fix it I've sometimes had luck running a chkdsk <driveletter>: /f on external drives that got corrupted.
