Hi,
I have had my PC about a month now and it has been fine up to this point, however now every 4 or 5th boot up I get the "Configuring Windows" message. The system then goes into Windows 8 but the start screen has reset to standard tiles and my desktop background resets. I still have all my programs and settings as I had them and if I restart the PC my Start Menu tiles revert to how they should be as does my desktop wallpaper.
Any ideas what could be causing this, and a possible solution?
