Which is better to buy, the PS4 or the PC? With the PC, I'll only play with a 1366 x 768 resolution monitor. What specs should my PC have when I wan't it to play better than a PS4 but with only a 1366 x 768 resolution? What are the pros and cons of PC and PS4? I also don't have a lot of money.

PC of course will be more expensive even if I don't know ps4 real price. PC which can ultra 35 FPS + newest games on this resoliution will cost about 600-700 dollars. But there are other side of it. PS4 games are much more expensive (almost 2 times), to play online you have to pay a lot.
So at first PC looks much more expensive but at the end they are almost the same. By the way pc has much more opportunities to do.
Overall it depends on what you need. If you want just to play BF4 all day without any more games pick PS4 and that's it. If you want much more go with pc.
