6200FX is based on the Bulldozer architecture, it is horribly optimized and bottlenecks badly even though the usage SEEMS to be low.
The 30% usage right.
How is it distributed across the 6 cores?
Have you installed the Windows 7 hotfix for Bulldozer? (this does not always help, but it could)
If I were you I would get a 6300FX(Piledriver) as soon as possible.

Ohh, I was thinking about it, so this cpu is really bad for gaming, gonna upgrade my CPU to fx-8350, do you think this would help? and what mobo should I buy? I don't wanna some High-end but some middle range mobo with potential to overclock a little would be nice. Btw where can i get those bulldozer hotfixes for w7?

Unfortunately yes the Bulldozer series was poor. And yes the 8350 will help A LOT!
