Difference between given RAMs

I am planning to buy memories for my first custom build PC, deciding between these two. What is the difference between the two models?

What MB and CPU do you have? because the RAM is depond on those. But I recommend to get this Crucial 1600MHz CL8 16GB 1.35V £99.99 that will better those ( 1600MHz CL11 and the 1333Mhz) you list.

Of the two you list the 1333/9 will provide better performance, the lower CL in this case will overcome the higher bandwidth of the 1600 set as it will be running slower - I'd suggest looking for a 1600 set in either CL8 or 9, which is basically entry level these days
