My Specs Are:
Intel Core i7 3770
12gb DDR3 Ram
B75M-D3H
Display:1366X768
I am going to buy The new R9 Gpu's By Amd Soon when they release...
So i was thinking Of buying The R9 270X or 280X
So which one should i get??
Or should i go for Two 270X CF??
And can I crossfire R9 270X with a 280X? (when will they release)

It is severely not recommended, as you will be experiencing all kinds of problems since they are different chip-sets and graphics cards at that.

Im Going to buy a 1920X1080 monitor soon...
So Which one should i get??
Which R9 would be best for me...Or CF of two same R9's...
Im hoping to get either two 270X or one 280X..

One 280X would probably suit you best. I would not recommend going for a dual GPU setup with a brand new generation of graphics cards. There hasn't been enough time to work out the kinks. If you have the money, however, go for the R9-290. Not the X version, just the normal one.

I'm going to go with the 280x but if you have the cash get the 290.

I wish they would release some additional specs for the cards and release dates. They need to take my dang money already!!!
