What is the make/model of your PSU? The amps on the +12v rail matter more than the total wattage when determining whether your PSU can support that system.

Ok, that PSU has a "split" +12v rail, each providing 22a. It will work as long as each 6 pin power is on a different rail.

It will easily run all of that, but what about your graphics card? If you have a powered one, it may require more power, but yes, that's a pretty important piece of info left out. Cool case, by the way.

i just realiced that the i5-3470 has integrated graphics, but can i still use my 7950?

yes you can. Sorry, meant to be more clear there. each 6 pin power on the 7950 must be connected to a different rail.
