i didnt notice when it started but my right click is kinda buggy for example when i right click the "Notification icon" it open up a menu but close immediatelu so i have to keep pressing for a few time before it stay, same thing happen when i try to right click some link on fire fox or chrome(some link but not all). but the weird thing is the unhidden icon on task bar work fine and all desktop icon.

can anyone tell me what could be wrong?

More specifically, it sounds like the spring in the switch for your right mouse button is getting curled too much (this happens much more often in the left button, as it tends to be a fatigue issue). Either move that mouse to another computer, or try another mouse on that computer to test.

If that is the case, it is fixable if you have patience and a pair of tweezers, but unless you have an expensive mouse or are on a tight budget, may not be worth the time.

nah i am pretty sure it is not hardware problem because as i said it only happen at some specific place like the notification area icons(hidden one only for some reason) and some website otherwise it work fine 100 percent of the time

It is more likely a hardware issue than a problem with two separate pieces of software in two very specific situations that just happen to misbehave in exactly the same way. Those triggers may be sensitive to very rapid double-clicks, while others aren't.

It's not like this will be hard to test, just move the mouse to another pc, or put another mouse on that one.
