Hi, well so basically I reset my bios settings ( long story). I booted up my PC and it was really slow. I then realized that my SSD was set to IDE and not AHCI and quickly changed it. My pc was back to normal speed but when I tried to play Black ops 2 were I usually got 120 fps on medium settings I got 60 fps on average and dropped to 30 on graphic intense scenes. I then remembered I had overclocked my CPU before the bios reset and OCed it again from 3.4 to 3.7Ghz. I tried to run BO2 on med but still got 70 fps on average. I updated my GPU drivers but it didn't help in performance. I really don't know what is wrong! Help would be much appreciated.

SPECS:
GPU - ATI Radeon HD 5870
CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 965
RAM - 4GB 1333 Mhz
SSD - Corsair Neutron 120Gb
HDD - 2TB Western Digital Black
MOBO - MSi 890GXM-G65
OS- Win7 64 bit

Thanks
