i believe that my hd 3650 card has problem!!!!When i boot my pc it always says in red colour words that the power cable is not connected but it is connected!!!!what is the problem??My pc is a Pentium 4 3GHZ running windows xp SP3 please answer me !!!thanks

Try another molex connector or try to replug the existing one.
Those molex connectors can become somewhat loose if they have been used allot.
You may be able to tighten it with some care.
If that does not work, look at the cards plug from the back and ensure the solder that holds the plug to the card does not look like it has been damaged.
