I am using Windows 7 64-bit and my computer randomly freezes, though its quite rare, it does tend to happen at least once when I watch a movie, both VLC and WMP, It also tends to happen while playing games, though it isnt frequent. I dont know if this is related, but while using Chrome, the flash player crashes and the browser becomes unresponsive, these freezes usually last between 1-3 minutes, and almost jump and skip while doing so, so it isnt one prolonged freeze.
Any help would be great, Ive had this problem for about a year now, and I cant seem to find a solution.

when u run a 64 bit pc you need atleast minimum of 4-8 GB ram, since it uses more memory , have you tried formatting?
