Can you suggest any compatible MoBo and Videocard that will not bottleneck one of their performances.

FX 8350 would be best bang for your buck, though the 6300/6350 would be a close second for those activities...

They will outperform the i5's and rival i7's for performance in media productivity applications and compiling type tasks.

You know....The usual and basic programming programs like C++, Netbeans, Turbo C and Notepad++ . And of course Adobe Photoshop .
