I have a Toshiba Satellite P775-S7320 - Intel(R) Core i3 2.4 GHz processor - 4 GB RAM - no dedicated VRAM running on Windows 7 Home premium ... and i have this problem ...

each time i play a game i get these lags for short moments .... 20~30 secs but its frustrating when the max frequency is at 88% the game seem to run perfectly normal
so does this happen often or what .. and if i can fix this .. someone help pleas.
