i switched from a HD 6870 Card to a HD 7950 Card
and im having performance issues ingame and also lag problems (sudden lags ) in most of the games, old drivers are completely wiped and new drivers installed.
i noticed that on afterburner i have throttling with GPU usage on idle status,

but for this moment its not throttling the GPu is at 0% usage all time but today earlier it was throttling , so my question is, is it the power supply (somethign about 550 watts)
all i can think about is the power supply since i never had problems with the 6870 card.
the 7950 clearly has more usage of power supply. any help will be apreciated, thanks in advance.
