Need graphic driver for windows 7

Used D610 bought on line with windows 7 loaded. Am getting messaged that graphicdriver needs updating. So far cant find .Any help out there?

Can you tell me if its the AMD X Series or if its the Intel Video? Because if its the Intel video your a bit out of luck. it uses the Intel 915 Chipset which is NOT supported on Windows 7, but now that i think of it. I want to say i got it to work one time? Find out of its the Intel or AMD video card and also find out if its Windows 7 32 or 64 bit (Pretty sure its 32)
