Ram choice help

Hey guys I need some helping picking out ram. I am set on 16gb but im not sure if i should get:

Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133

or

Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz

and also money does not really matter in this situation, for they are both in my price range.

As I understand it, if you're comfortable with manual memory settings within BIOS, go with the DDR3-2133 RAM. If not, go with the DDR3-1600 RAM. Personally, I'm not that picky about squeezing out every last bit of performance out of my system, so I'd go with DDR3-1600 RAM.
