HD 7790 is it capable for gaming?

I'm building a new pc and i'm on heavy budget ;). I will be playing on 1600x900 monitor.
I'll also get fx6300+8gb ram.

Would hd7790 be enough for next 2 years on 900p monitor with medium/high settings no AA

Yes, at that resolution you will be able to play most games at the highest possible settings. Do not even worry about it. The Card should do fine for 1 year if not more..

Agreed, I built my brother's computer based on that card and an intel i3 2100. He uses a 1600x900 monitor and everything runs great! However, at the price of the 7790 you might be able to find some 1gb 7850's.

Would 1gb be enough for next gen games in next 2 years with no AA on medium settings?
Even if i have 7790/7850 2gb i wouldn't probably use 2gb because card don't have enough "raw powe"r for max all 2gb, right?

Yes 1 GB would be enough for the next 2 years at that resolution(1600*900). It would run absolutely fine..
