Powered off during system restore now wont start

I turned power off when trying to restore windows 8 to previous restore point. Now when i turn it on it is in continous loop of shutting off and restarting. ( have video). Ready to toss new laptop in pool. Im exhausted. Bought Acer 2 months ago. Any ideas? (Bought from FUture Shop..no boot disc as came preloaded) Dkspinkicker@gmail. Com.

I'd remove your e-mail so the spam trollers can't get ya. Do you get any prompts or does it boot loop immediately? Usually there is some sort of restore partition hidden away you should be able to access, look up the specific key for an Acer if you can get to the location to access it. Otherwise, being only 2 months old, I would imagine futureshop would offer some kind of help, they may just reinstall Windows for you, either that or you can contact Acer and they may send you a set of recovery disks.

Alternatively, I think there are legitimate websites where you can download a Windows .ISO to burn to a CD as long as you have your existing valid CD-Key to go with it.
