where to find video ram on my pc

hi, my pc is having a problem that shows horizontal blue lines like in the images:

and ive been searching and its probably a video ram problem, so im going to switch it.
my question is: is the video ram integrated in graphics card?

I already had a problem in wich wondows did no recognise 2nd graphics card. but this problem is the first time

lower the games graphic settings. also try lowering the resolution you are gaming at.

next thing would to try running with one card. if it still does it, swap out and put the other card in. one or both of the cards could be bad.

they also aren't very good gaming oriented cards. you might want/or you might have to replace them.
