Hey there I am getting this error code under my Computer Management Device Manager for one of my PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge's (Code 35) Anyone have a fix?

Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact your computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or BIOS update. (Code 35) This is the full Error message >.>;

I have already updated my BIOS and i have no idea what to do next...
