Alright so i have a emachine. as the tittle says im looking to upgrade it to play final fantasy 14 a realm reborn. I have searched around and noticed that it is possible to upgrade but not to a very powerfull graphics card. I will be "bottle Necked" in my choices as far as graphics cards go. I want to upgrade my comp to at least run the game at 30+fps and potentially 60fps. Though i know thats a long shot considering my limitations. I am a college student so i dont have too much money to spare at most 100 bucks. Any suggestions on video cards to choose for my system and or if it is even possible to run the game on my comp with a graphics card.

With that budget, I would recommend saving up a bit.
I actually dug up a post about it awhile ago, and I recommended a Radeon HD6570 because of its low power draw, but after what I know now, I am not sure I would want to recommend a new card for that system. The main issue is the power supply; it is not really enough for any discrete card better than a Radeon HD6450, which would not suit your needs anyway.
With a graphics card, you would be able to run games. I have a similar computer (2.7GHz Athlon) and it plays League of Legends among other games. I use it as a spare computer.
What I would recommend: Saving up some cash to get a proper case, power supply, and video card. You can even use an old case if you want (like an ancient HP or Dell or something) just to fit a fullsize power supply. Then you could also fit a fullsize graphics card, which would widen your options. The motherboard in your case right now is mountable in a regular computer case.
