So recently upgraded my TWC up to 30 download and 5 upload for streaming purposes. It worked great for a while then the internet just went down to a crawl. Speedtest came back as .89 download and .59 upload so you can imagine i was pretty furious being I pay over 50 a month for it. So i called and after getting the whole "your wireless modem we sent you is on and running so i will send a signal to fix it" routine. AND IT WORKED!!! but for about an hour. The modem is a Ubee DW and after putting in loads or research found out that putting it into "Bridge mode" and connecting a router it would work better. After buying a netgear n900 and doing what i said before it worked but only on a few devices and occasionally those devices will lose connection. My question or questions would be: What do I have to do to make it so ALL of my devices connect wirelessly. I live in an apartment complex so wired is not a good option. Also the wireless router/modem still gives off a wireless signal. someone please help. I have been going mad the last couple of days trying to figure it out

I live in an apartment, have TWC as well - you will need to check a few things:
1) Look at surrounding connections - and what channels they are on. You want to get the cleanest channel possible - so search for open channels first, if none are available, find ones with the weakest connections.
2) Make sure you enable WPA2 encryption - and make sure you change the modem's admin password - both of these leave you open to hacking.
3) Place the router closest to the most used devices (if you are streaming to your X-Box, place it next to the X-Box), and make that a wired connection.
4) If you are using the router, make sure you have a wired connection to the TWC router. Disable their wi-fi radios, so that only the ethernet ports are...

5) If problems still are happening - check with a single device connected. Add one at a time until you see a problem. You could have issues with one or more devices.

You may be having an interference problem, pretty likely in an apartment situation especially if you are using the 2.4GHz band like all your neighbors. I would download the free application inSSIDer from HERE, install it and see what channels are being used around you.

Go for 1, 6, or 11 that has the least strong signals on it currently. You can also try the 5GHz if your device adapters can use it -- it is more likely to have fewer neighbors using the channels.
