I need some help. So my PC when i turn it on appears to start up, all the leds, fans, heatsink light up and it starts to boot up, then after like 5 seconds it turns itself off. It then restarts itself, after 5 seconds turns off etc, and just keeps doing this. I get no video image. I can't enter the BIOS. I've tried unplugging, letting everything cool down etc. Tried by passing the GPU and going in the onboard video. nothings worked so far.

Anybody know what the problem is? My PC parts are still basically brand new (actually 2 years old), I havent used it much at all. It's clean inside, no dust, it used to work fine.
