Hello, Today I booted my pc up after waking up, and it loads the msi logo, as well as the windows 8 logo and then it hits a blue screen saying 'Pc ran into a problem and needs to reset blue screeen :('

Then it reboots, and this happens over and over.

What do I do, I only have the silver/grey windows 8 disk. When I select to boot from the disk it doesnt.
Please help.

I had this problem when I was playing a game called "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare". My PC suddenly shut down while I was playing the game, and after that, I booted and that hell of an error came up. And it goes in loops. The first time it happened to me, I just let my laptop rest for a while, thinking it's just an overheating issue. But the next day, it is still restarting in loops. I tried to boot on the recovery CD of Windows 8.1 but still no hope. The error still comes up. The next moment, I really got irritated and removed my laptop battery. And I remembered that there is something that I read in the past that if your PC have problem, refresh it by doing this:
1.) Remove the battery of your laptop.
2.) Do not connect AC Power Supply/ Charger.
3.) Press the power button for like 20 seconds or more, if you are that kind of angry.
4.) Start the laptop without battery by powering it up via AC.

These magical steps did the trick. The second time it happened to me when my PC crash again, and the restart loop happened, this trick really works. Very helpful. I remember this trick is like deleting your BIOS memory or something. I did not remember anything.
So, I just want to share my experience with my laptop. By the way, my laptop is an Acer 4755G, with Windows 8.1 installed on it.
Good luck Guys! :D
