I've done a lot of research, but finding compatible parts can be irritating.

Things it must have;
AMD FX-8350 -200 on Newegg
Gigabyte GV-R795WF3-3GD Radeon 7950 (cheapest 7950) -225 on Newegg
at least one USB 3.0 slot.
Windows OS (home is sufficient)
That's really all that's necessary, do what you will the the rest. I just need help getting assortments of parts that will work well with these two components
The 7950 is Pcie 3.0 x16 so it'd be great if the motherboard could. But as long as it's compatible then I'll upgrade later on.
I don't need a monitor.
850 is my max for now. Go a little over if it's necessary but don't go crazy.
ALSO, I don't need a monitor, keyboard, or open loop water system.
Thanks guys, I really appreciate the help. This is my first build and I'm open to any suggestions that won't skyrocket my budget.
