Will my M5A99FX r2.0 motherboard support the new AMD FX - 9370 4.4ghz?

Provided all my other components are compatible will this motherboard support the new AMD processor and is there likely to be any room over overclocking?

even if it does support it, that cpu is a waste of money. its just an overclocked 8350 that they charge ridiculous amounts for, requires water cooling, and uses an insane amount of electricity, and is barely any faster. just get an 8350.
