The 4930k I have not heard of that one, advantages over 4770k?
4930: LGA2011 Ivy Bridge-E hexa core with quad channel memory controller, 12MB cache, soldered IHS
4770: LGA1150 Haswell quad core with dual channel memory controller, 8MB cache, pasted IHS
So the 4930 has ~50% more potential processing power, double the memory bandwidth, potentially double the maximum RAM capacity depending on motherboard choice and should be easier to cool than mainstream chips that use thermal paste.
On the other hand, the CPU itself also costs about twice as much and the associated motherboard cost an extra ~$150 on average.
