Getting 2 of those and 2 DisplayPort to MiniDP adapters would be the simplest way to do it.

2 minidisplayport and 1 dvi for triple monitor?

At least ONE of the monitors needs to be connected via display port, if you use any sort of adapter for one of the monitors, that adapter needs to be ACTIVE not PASSISVE.
Since active adapters are not cheap, its simpler to get Display port monitors instead.
