i need to get a better cool rather than stock fans? how do i do this what do i need? what are you using?

my rig is running
mobo-msi h61m-p31/g3
4gb ram
CPU-DualCore Intel Celeron G1610, 2600 MHz (26 x 100)
Gpu- Geforce 8800 GTX 768mb os- windows 7 64 bit
but im upgrading my power supply to a 550wt adding another hard drive and increasse to 8gb ram and getting this gpu http://www.amazon.com/GDDR5-technology-Graphics-Cards-H... and im afraid with that my rig will overheat what do you think? (eventually upgrading my cpu too)

You will not overheat, the HD7770 produces less heat that the 8800GTX.
You do not need additional cooling if you have a decent chassis and decent airflow.

You failed to mention what chassis you have...

The box, the external enclosure that your components are in.

Then you should be fine as long as you have airflow in the chassis.
