Thanks for all of the response, but sadly I am not winning. A-The INTEL driver, I got it, but can’t be installed, it tells me that, ‘the system doesn’t reach the minimum requirement for the installation’. I don’t know what is that mean when I am running WIN 7 with 2GB of RAM. B- But concern to the Broadcom link; I am not a Computer wise man, but when I unzip it, (the VISTA 32 bit) there is only 3 small fills with none have any exe. And from device manager, update, I went to the Broadcom file, and sill can’t see the driver. I am still on the mess and I need your help and maybe explanations.

I must remind you guys that, my astonish and fruitless search start, when the audio driver from here(http://www.foxconnchannel.com/ProductDetail.aspx?T=Motherboard&U=en-us0000006%u00a0), IS WORKING well, but only that, the other drivers on the list non work for the same machine.

And how you bypass that issue? Is there any other solution besides getting an external network card?

Either install a different operating system, or replace the onboard components without proper drivers with add-on cards that do work with Win 7. I have tried using Vista drivers on that chipset, does not work.

As I told you in my first reply -- fit a network card that's got Windows 7 drivers.

"Is there any other solution besides getting an external network card?"

Well it doesn't get any easier (or cheaper) than that compared to the other alternatives that my colleagues have suggested. Just how easy do you want it to be?

I just was planning to use the two slots for other unrelated cards, and I am now forced to spare the one for the network card. Anywhere; thank you all, it’s done and is kicking well, with the fact that, now I am using the same Machine here to respond you.

Calvin7 - do not overlook the fact that motherboard drivers that are actually compatible are usually only available from the motherboard manufacturer. You may get lucky with drivers from the individual component manufacturer, but most times not.

Snow Jaw - advise in future you check the motherboard maker's website before upgrading the OS.

Good advice and I am totally agreed with you. But from the Foxconn link I gave up there, all drivers of this mother board are there, and not showing which OS, but seem for general, I just realized after I installed 7 and tried to install the drivers, in fact, I had download all of them before I installed the OS, I think I shall say I was fooled.
