Hey! To start off I purchased a pre-made desktop along with a new PSU and graphics card.

PSU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096
Card- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125457
Specs here:
Processor- AMD 8-Core FX-8100 2.8GHz
Memory- 6GB DDR3
Graphics- AMD Radeon HD 7350 1GB
PSU- (UPGRADED) SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3
OS- Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
Motherboard- Acer Aspire M3450
**New Card I'm trying to get to work- GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 **
And finally, the cause for the thread is how the card I purchased is not getting past the Acer "splash" screen when installed. I'm curious to know if this card is actually even compatible with the motherboard. Knowing that, I'll then be able to keep looking for solutions, or seek a card that will work without a hitch.
I'll eagerly provide any other bit of information that might come in handy, and thanks in advance. Lurking in these forums has provided a lot of help with past issues.
