I have gigabyte ga-h87m-d3h mobo with 4th gen intel i5 4570 cpu. I use vga cable. but now I purchased new 32'' tv and 5 mtr. hdmi cable. my old lcd is 17''. my issues are -
1.when i connect computer to my tv through hdmi cable, nothing appear on screen.
but thru vga all is ok. then I connect hdmi to 32;; lcd tv and vga to old 17'' lcd. both work, but as duplicate monitors and still there is problem of screen resolution.
what should I do now? how I connect my 32'' lcd tv through hdmi without connectinh vga/ vga on other lcd.

A possible solution could be, while you have them both connected on dual display, go to the resolution screen (right click/screen resolution) and on the drop down where you probably have duplicate screen, select display only on 1/2 depending on which one is your lcd, you can determine which one is 1 and 2 by clicking identify.
