Yes it will as it has a PCIe x16 port, however it is a very very old motherboard, I don't think it is worth it. You can pick up a cheap motherboard which has better support for that graphics card.

It has a PCIe x16 lane, so you you should be good with any current gen card. What CPU do you have and what power supply do you have? How much room do you have in your case? What's your budget?
