Hello,
I have a GTX 670 4gb in my rig (ZOTAC)
I also have a GTX 670 (oc) 2gb (Galaxy).
They are not setup in SLi (only the Zotac is in the system)
I had the 4gb version installed in the top slot. It works perfectly. I decided to put in the 2gb version (to replace the 4gb version) of the same card and assumed I would not need to remove and reinstall drivers (since the cards are essentially the same). The problem is that the 2gb version does not work the screen gets stuck on the loading windows screen. When I switched the cards back out the system functions perfectly again.
Is the card damaged?
Do I need to remove the drivers and reinstall?
Does the fact that one is an OC version matter?
