Is my rig good for gaming

My rig is:
Processor-Intel core i3 3210@3.20ghz
Motherboard-Asus P8B75-MLX PLUS
Graphics Card-Asus Amd Radeon HD 7770 1GD5
Case-iBall i6363
HDD-Seagate Barracuda 500gb 3.5gbps
Optical Drive-Samsung SH-S223C
PSU-Cooler Master Thunder 450W

Also Mention Whether my moba is good or not and my case is enough to regulate temperature while playing games or tell whether the ventilation of my case is good or bad

I guess this is where the definition of "good" comes into play, I completed crysis 3 with everything maxed with 60 fps, which is what I consider to be where good starts, if you're happy with near highest and 40 fps, then obviously it's good...

It could likely handle its self in light gaming, certainly isn't going to run crysis 3 or anything super intensive, but it'll handle most MMOs and such on high settings, if you want to know a specific game, pretty much everything has required setting somewhere. as far as the case i dont have experience with it but as long sa you have a few fans and decent cable management you should be fine

I completed crysis 3 in very high except post proceesing to be just high and i got 37 fps

Honesty it's very close to my friends rig which is again, in his opinion, just great, but for me coming from dual GTX 780s, not so great. To sum it up you asked for an opinion, and that's what I gave, though I can respect yours.
