Overalll the HD 7950 OC should be faster than the GTX 760. The temperatures should be fine as Gigabyte usually do a good job at cooling. When it comes to overclocking it is debatable, as the 7950 comes factory overclocked and the 760 doesn't. So by overclocking you only really see a difference with the 760 because it isn't overclocked.

they generally go to 1150+, i would choose 7950 because when OCed they can perform as well as a GTX 680 at a much lower price.

7950 is obviously the better choice here.good speed, good temps.the 7950 comes with factory oc.u can still oc it a bit more.the 760 can also be oc but u need to watch the temps.

i would personally get the 7950. however if you can get GTX 670 for same price then both of them would be great.

My vote definitely goes to the HD 7950 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00715BFTM/ref=as_li_q... also. It's an amazing performer for the price and can be overclocked higher than the 760. The 4GB 760 is also pointless to get unless you SLI it since the 760 doesn't have the bandwidth to even utilize 4GB VRAM.
