The game isn't fully optimized, and this is from Alpha only, but this will give you a general idea. This should be close though to what you will get, probably a bit better once released and with driver updates.
I'm thinking you will need to lower the resolution and play on low-medium to get decent frame rates.
I'd say you need a new PC, at least a better GPU.

You'd likely unable to play on high well at all, it's a low end card, you need a better graphics card. If you lowered the resolution(1366x768) and used medium settings you would be able to play well.
I would recommend an EVGA SC 760 minimum.
Your processor is also outdated and will bottle neck a graphics card such as the 760 in games like BF3 or BF4.
Do you have a budget for new hardware? Best to just save up and build a new system around black Friday deals.

You'd probably be best of with a 7870 then(sell your 650 too): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202025
The 7870 will be plenty more powerful, but I think you should save up for something better, or do a new a system build(750-800).

Hmm.. Yeah.. I think i will just wait until it comes out, check out how it runs and if it isnt good enough the 7870 will do, or maybe something more powerful. I don't really think i need a new system build, cuz i bought it like 3 months ago. I'll have a look at it

hey dont listen to these kids i can run bf4 on high setting's with 40-50 fps my system is amd athlon x2 255 and 8gb ram 1866 and 750watt corsair psu and a 7750 1gb Gddr5
