How to calculate my psu output power

Solution
You are fine with those temperatures. If your PSU is inadequate you will most likely get random shutdowns.

It really does not sound like you have anything to worry about at the moment, but that power supply is fairly weak and would be the first thing I would upgrade before getting a new video card or adding more drives.

While that is a pretty lightweight PSU with only 16A on the 12V rail, I would concentrate on better case cooling first if it gets too hot during use.

I would use THIS free program to monitor component temperatures to see if there is a significant issue with heat.

Normally, a 7750 does not need any auxiliary power, and a 300w unit will suffice.
In your case, your psu specs say 16a on the +12v rails. That is absolutely puny. A corsair 430w unit delivers twice that at 32a.
I might conclude that your psu is a very cheap one and should be replaced regardless.
