Need help on an ASROCK motherboard!

Just set up my build, when I try to power on my build using the power button, the fans don't start spinning or anything.

My motherboard: ASROCK 960GM/U3S3FX

Need immediate help please.

Make sure everything is connected????

It doesn't sound like the case cables are connected to the motherboard or the power supply isn't properly connected to the motherboard or it doesn't have power.

everything is connected and power supply is too.

Do you get ANY lights on your motherboard?

Most motherboards have power lights even when they aren't turned on.

I'd go back over EVERYTHING again to make sure the connections are correct and tight.

I just used a screwdriver to short it but the problem is that the power button doesn't do that job.

On the case, there's a reset button, when I click that it boots up but when I click the big power button nothing happens,
