Should I get a Radeon HD 7950 3GB or Radeon HD 7870 2GB Ghz?

I planned on getting the 7870 for my upcoming build for $184, but I was on newegg today and saw that the sapphire 7950 is only $219 or $199 with a $20 rebate card. How much better is the 7950 than the 7870? Is it worth it?
Here is the specs:

Case: NZXT Guardian 921 RB ATX Mid Tower Case

PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt

Motherboard: ASRock MB-970EX4

CPU: AMD FX-6300

GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 2GB

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200 1TB

RAM: Kingston Technology HyperX 16 GB

Should I do it?

When going for the 7950, go for the one which has voltage unlocked so that you can highly overclock it. You can read reviews online about it. Just tell what are the model numbers of both of them.

The gigabyte Windforce model is better than ordinary Sapphire card. and similarly the Sapphire Vapor-X Card is better than the Gigabyte standard version. So do your research before ordering the card or just tell us the model number and we will research it for you. As simple as that..

I pretty sure if I buy it by monday then I get it for $200, and plus it comes with a choice of 3 games including Saints Row 4, DMC, and Far cry 3

Clearly 7950 is the winner here. It's about 25% faster than the 7870 and also with 1 Gb extra memory it seals the deal for the future as well where we may see games utilizing 3 GB of RAM. Also the 7950 tops the performance/dollar chart from almost every website. So go for the 7950. It's the best option at $ 200..
