I have been using the CPU for about 6 months now and have been overclocking alot. Right now am @ 4.6Ghz/1.464Vcore with 6hrs Prime 95 blend stable but fails IBT AVX in two passes on very high settings.

What does this means?

IBT is far more intensive than most systems will ever see. If you are that fine on prime, I wouldn't worry much about IBT. Personally, right, wrong or otherwise, I tend to use F@H to determine stable overclock. I will never tax my system as much or more than what F@H does.

Turns out i just needed a little more voltage. Also, in that 6hrs Prime95 blend test, Core #5 stop with 100 Warnings at about 50mins. After i increase volts a little, IBT AVX rubs flawlessly. So i guess its detects instability faster then Prime95
